The works consisted of the internal fit out of a pre-constructed shell within the Parkgate Shopping Development.

The project required the installation of a new shop front and automatic entrance doors. Internally a full Mechanical, Electrical and Data installation was undertaken together with the formation of library space, toilet and kitchen facilities. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes were installed together with specialist library furniture, shelving and equipment.

This project was undertaken out of sequence to the rest of the Parkside Development to fulfill the requirements of the Client, this required liaison with the Main Centre Developers.

Completion was achieved within programme and within budget and a Prime Ministers visit was able to go ahead much to the delight of the Client and their staff.
