Approached by the University of Birmingham to tender the fit out of the 2nd Floor at their Medical School, we secured this project on a single stage tender basis.

The works involved a full M&E installation, followed by a new window installation throughout, curved internal glazed screens, laboratory furniture installation, new suspended ceilings, floor coverings and decorations. Bespoke furniture items were then designed and installed to complete break out areas.

The project was complex by its extreme access restrictions; our site entry was through a second floor opening in the external wall that we had to form. However, the project was completed on time, within budget, and with no issues from the existing users or neighbouring properties.
