The refurbishment of existing kitchens and bar facilities within Shackleton Hall together with associated external works.
The existing Ground Floor and Lower Ground Floor were completely refurbished involving the demolition and removal of the existing kitchen, canteen, bar and restaurant facilities. Internal walls were erected with new wall, floor and ceiling finishes throughout together with new catering kitchen and bar installed and the complete area fitted out with contractor designed furniture, fixtures and fittings.
Full M&E refurbishment and replacement was also undertaken during the contract.
The whole project was undertaken within the contract period of 12 weeks despite numerous variations being required.
