Refurbishment of the existing catering kitchen facility together with associated external works. The works consisted of demolition and removal of existing catering facility followed by the construction of internal walls, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout, together with full refurbishment of the M&E services.

A complex new catering kitchen facility was installed together with contractor designed fixtures, fittings and counter facilities in the restaurant area.

External works involved extensive remodelling works to the surrounding area including the construction of new stairs and pathway with associated handrail to the embankment.
