The refurbishment and re-ordering of an existing car showroom to provide a new sports and dance teaching facility.
Works included the renewal of sections of the roof and re-cladding of areas of the external envelope with replacement of glazed curtain walling and entrance doors. Internal remodeling consisted of new M&E installation including new plant room. Extensive internal works to form new teaching and performance areas, offices, toilet facilities and new internal bar/cafe.
