PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES

In previous updates we advised on the investment and implementation of the Procore Technology Project Management Software. We have now been comprehensively using the system to great effect on multiple projects for circa 18 months. The benefits are obvious within the business and it has greatly assisted in efficient contract management procedures. It has been well received with various clients and we continue to integrate the systems into our workstream. As an excellent example, we used it to deliver the new F+G Atkins project (Chamberlain Square, Birmingham), of which the entire teams including GTH, the Design Team, Client Team, Landlord and now FM all used and are using Procore to access project information, share, collaborate and upload. It was a roaring success and hugely assisted the design and project management process. So much so that the client is now considering the use of the software within its business.
