FRA WORKS

FRA Works refers to the remedial works identified following a Fire Risk Assessment, carried out to ensure buildings meet current fire safety legislation and best practice. These works are essential in reducing fire risk, protecting occupants, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. They can range from compartmentation and fire stopping through to upgrades of fire doors, ceilings, wall linings and associated passive fire protection measures.

We manage and deliver FRA Works with a structured, compliant and safety-led approach. Working closely with fire risk assessors, building owners and duty holders, we ensure that all identified actions are addressed correctly, documented thoroughly and completed to the required standards. Our experience within refurbishment and live environments allows us to carry out works with minimal disruption, clear communication and full accountability, providing reassurance that fire safety obligations are met effectively and responsibly.

Long-standing expertise in refurbishment, compliance and fire safety delivery

Our extensive experience gained over more than three decades across refurbishment, fit-out and building compliance informs the way we approach FRA Works. Having worked within occupied buildings, complex layouts and regulated environments, we understand the importance of getting fire safety works right first time. This experience allows us to interpret Fire Risk Assessment findings accurately, plan remedial works effectively and ensure solutions are practical, compliant and appropriate for the building in use.

Over the years, we have developed a detailed understanding of passive fire protection requirements, coordination with other trades and the documentation needed to demonstrate compliance. By combining technical knowledge with hands-on project delivery experience, we help clients meet their legal responsibilities with confidence, while maintaining safety, quality and minimal disruption throughout the works.
