Our story...

GTH Construction was founded back in 1991. Whilst we are currently based in Solihull in the West Midlands, we offer national coverage working on a wide variety of contracts ranging from small works at £5,000 to major refurbishments at over £10 million. Since starting out, we have proudly grown from a small company to the market leaders we are today.
Over time, we have developed our internal structure to focus on the needs of our clients, whilst also extensively training our employees to create a strong health and safety culture. Alongside this, our workforce is employed to cover all the basic trades at a high level of workmanship and any specialist sub-contract trades used are established tried and tested companies that we are confident will offer equally high standards.

How we do it...

Our team is second to none, covering all bases and allowing us to be flexible and work to your requirements. All of our contract managers and site operatives are experienced in working closely with our clients. This often allows us to undertake many of our contracts whilst the building remains operational, offering work coverage on a 24/7 basis.

Need us to provide our own design service? No problem – our specialised supply chain and strong partnerships mean that we can work with our vastly experienced delivery teams to offer a complete solution or construct to your consultant’s designs. Whatever works best for you. We also offer a bespoke in-house Building Information Management Service (BIM) using qualified staff with the most up-to-date scanning equipment.

Today, we’ve established ourselves as a leader within our industry, providing the highest quality finishes within the contract period, no matter how restrictive that period might be. Interior Design and Project Development

We have the in-house expertise and years of experience in building refurbishment to deliver our clients visions and aspirations. Whether it be design and build or assisting with design development, we have the core skills and design networks in order to provide efficient and cost-effective tailored services for our clients. Utilising our bespoke team, we will help develop the client’s brief, work with key suppliers (both on our side and client’s side), provide innovation and best value recommendations to assist getting the client’s project from inception to handover and beyond, with great success and streamlined service.
