Full strip-out and refurbishment of the Lucas House and Priorsfield buildings to convert into teaching, learning and office space.

Works included Heritage and Conservation upgrades in line with Listed Building requirements plus bespoke joinery works throughout. A new lift was installed for DDA access along with major MEP upgrades and sympathetic building fabric improvements, all to the university’s high standards.

The project was completed on time and on budget as a result of the extensive planning and coordination carried out by the team.
