Strip-out and complete retail fit-out of a new branch. Works included new MEP installations, shopfront glazing, new bespoke joinery, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, staff welfare facilities including toilets, kitchen and breakout area incorporating new furniture together with new LBS branding throughout. The scope also included new front of house customer services facilities in line with corporate standards and specifications. This was a design and build project delivered in an extremely tight timeframe to enable the new branch to open for Christmas trading.
